For the past two years, the talent of this young man has been polished by the Qalandars management, especially Aqib Javed, he came up from the Qalandars Players Development Program, visited Australia twice, was introduced by Aqib Javed in the Big Bash and Haris was introduced by Aqib Javed. Kept the lodge.

Haris Rauf, who first came to the limelight during the trials of Lahore Qalandars, is now representing the Big Bash T20 League franchise Melbourne Stars in Australia, wherever he wants.

Haris Rauf was playing club cricket in Australia with the support of Lahore Qalandars, suddenly Melbourne Stars selected him as Dale Steyn's replacement.

When Harris took to the field, he evoked memories of Waqar Younis' yorkers and guided five Hobart Hurricanes players to the pavilion, earning him the man of the match performance.

Glenn Maxwell was the captain of his team and he also praised Haris.

Samin Rana says that they tried to give Haris Rauf a chance in CPL and Europa League too but they were reluctant to feed the unknown bowler.

He is grateful to Nick Cummins, the general manager of the Melbourne teams in the Big Bash, who believed in him and gave Haris Rauf a chance in the trials.

Haris Rauf says that representing Pakistan in international cricket is his dream for a long time. Currently, there are fast bowlers in the Pakistani team, including Naseem Shah, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Muhammad Hasnain and Muhammad Musa. If given the opportunity, they will also try their best to perform at their best.

The credit for bringing Haris Rauf and other cricketers to the front goes to coach Aqib Javed who tested the talent of all these cricketers.

When Haris Rauf came to Gujranwala two and a half years ago to give trials for the Rising Stars programme, till then he had played all his cricket with a tape ball, was a part-time salesman in Rawalpindi and his passion for cricket took him to Gujranwala. Aqib Javed saw the hidden talent in him and on his request, a 10-year contract was signed with Haris Rauf.

He was sent to Australia where he played matches for the local club, during which he also got the opportunity to bowl in the net practice of the Indian team visiting Australia where he also bowled to Virat Kohli.

Gradually, his bowling matured and in the T20 tournament in Abu Dhabi, he surprised everyone by bowling at a fast pace.

In the Big Bash, Harris gained fame by giving his ball to an Indian security guard. He says that while entering the stadium, an Indian security guard from Punjab told me that you must meet me after the match. I want to hug you, I said I hug you right now.

Haris says that when he got side by side with this security guard, the guard got confused, I thought this person was in some trouble. I asked him and he only said that I am very happy to hug you.

It was at this moment that Harris prayed fervently that if he got five wickets in the match, he would give the ball to the safe guard as a gift as he wanted to give him 'a little happiness.' I told him that this ball is very precious, keep it.

Chief Operating Officer of Lahore Qalandars Samin Rana says that Haris' development is the success of Lahore Qalandars' player development program. A look at operations and head coach Aqib Javed had screened the talent

Haris was immediately included in the team and accompanied the squad to Australia where his brilliant bowling caught everyone's attention and earned him a contract with the Hawkesbury Club. Haris joined the Lahore Qalandars earlier this year. Made a brilliant PSL debut.

Aqib Javed says that he is very happy to see the excellent performance of Haris Rauf, it is the result of the efforts of Qalandars and Haris Rauf's great work that he is showing his glory in the Big Bash League today.

The management of Lahore Qalandars is confident that Haris Rauf's success is a reflection of the true goal of the player development program that a player playing on the road is now at a point where the whole world appreciates him.

Qalandars CEO Atif Rana says that the purpose of Pakistan Super League was to promote new talent and Lahore Qalandars is the only franchise that is working towards this goal.

Lahore Qalandah will continue to support all its player development program talent including Haris Rauf and hope that the talent of its player development program will continue to prove its potential in the next edition of Pakistan Super League.

Our job is to groom talent and we are moving ahead with this mission that we have to give talent to Pakistan cricket, this talent will take Pakistan cricket to great heights.
