All committees created in accordance with the now-defunct 2019 constitution have also been disbanded by the management committee. Six domestic teams' local and international coaches have all been fired by the PCB Management Committee, led by Najam Sethi.
Recall that Ramiz Raja and his Board were removed by PM Shehbaz Sharif after the PCB 2019 constitution was revoked and a 14-member committee led by Sethi was given full executive authority to work on restoring the department structure that had been eliminated in 2019 after Imran Khan became the country's prime minister – the prime minister of Pakistan is automatically the PCB's patron-in-chief.
The new committee will have 120 days to amend the PCB's constitution, restoring the one from 2014 in place of the one implemented in 2019. As stated in the 2014 constitution, the committee will be charged with the duty of creating a board of governors and choosing a chairman.
